About J.D. Kumar

I am a (1993) graduate of UMD International Finance and Marketing (BS) and UMD Spanish Languages and Literature (BA) college degrees with Mexican History and Political Science studies from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). I’m fluent in Spanish.

I have also pioneered MTech and Infrastructure Risk Management) studies with the London Achool of Economics in the United Kingdom. I

I love languages, people of all backgrounds and I am a linguist also.

I'm not an elitist whatsoever, detest this. Because of my labor and academic background, I can relate at all levels and affinities. Also, we were raised like this. To be nice, to love all peoples.

I have a saying. "Can we be elitist without being elitist."

This is a powerful statement because this means can we achieve at the highest levels, then, not create obstacles or exclude others from achieving similar, the same, to maximize their full potential.

I have been very mature, responsible from a young age, I grew up in a single parent home. My dad was in the military. He suffered from PTSD.

I started work at the age of ten, held weather challenging labor, intensive construction trades, retail, restaurant, franchise food jobs through my school years with both tenure and loyalty, was the most productive, exceptional worker. I ascended quickly to managerial positions.

These are some of the reasons for my exceptional achievements.

After college, as the 2nd USA American and 6th employee, I helped to build a $Multi-Billions of Dollars Global Telecoms Industry Model company sector from a small office in Rockville and Potomac, Maryland to almost One Thousand employees in twenty countries, more than half here, became a founding member.

The employees me, we mentored leveraged this experience for post graduate studies in top schools and now work for $Billions and $Trillions of Dollars valuation advanced technology economic sector companies.

I am very proud of all this. I’m an aspiring diversified business development executive also.

I'm a pragmatic capitalist. I state this because I understand cause and effect.

Why do we have the opposite communism?

This is due to abuses by not regulated Capitalism.

So, today we have a hybrid Capitalism system whereby government has to assert itself as and when necessary including having rules, laws, legislation in place to ensure that we can maximize the abilities of our citizenry and country.

I'm a student of economic theories and we should not go backwards.

The constitution gives us freedom of assembly and this takes many forms like all the different departments we create within the executive branch, the legislative committees in congress, etc. Our hierarchy legal system.

These are all forms of organizations, a foundation to build on, improve.

We should not stop individuals and groups from progress, prosperity.

We all work to achieve, be successful.

The issue here is the position of trust in politics which can affect the whole country and globe.

I want this job, guarantee open communications, all the time availability, Commensurate Full Employment, etc.

I will create policies to support the family unit, all thrive with special focus, programs for USA Americans Nativists here for decades, generations and left behind.

Better than a “More perfect union”, We can “Form a More Utopian Society” together. Believe me.

I am a very long history of humanity, our struggles to our advancements and conveniences candidate.

I'm a 21st century pragmatic candidate who should be given a podium to explain all this.

I have a very unique background and our USA America needs this.

I volunteered for the campaigns of Presidents WJC Clinton, BHO Obama, and HRC Clinton.

I helped several USA America national campaigns win and contributed to successful VP selections, etc.

My grandfather was an editor at leading news publications in India and later accepted an assignment in Washington, D.C., during President RWR’s administration.

I had unique access and was immersed in domestic and international news and politics from a young age through local news, Sunday morning political affairs shows, PBS, VOA, delivering the WAPO,  etc.

I have an intricate understanding of domestic and international issues.

I'm also Explainer in Chief (EIC) and because of my education, work experience and intellectual curiosity and work ethic I understand all issues at both a granular and macro level. You need this.

Currently, most of our congress peoples are limited subject lawyers.

This is important, but, you do not need a whole legislator of only lawyers. Impeachment can be done by the DNC. AOC and Emeritus Speaker Pelosi, etc.

You should not elect just for this. You should elect 21st century pragmatic leaders and that is me.

Vote for $250 Billion Dollars of Investment and Economic Activity for Maryland’s U.S. Congressonal District 8.

That is $50 Billion Dollars per year over the next five years.
