The $5 Trillion TPST Plan

I have proposed a $5 Trillion Dollar Society Decency. Civil Rights. Constitution Protections. “Rule of Law.” “Rule of Law” adherence U.S.A. global nationwide plan for U.S. Congress. House of Representatives. Maryland District 8 (USCHR MD8).

I call this The Planetary $Trillions Plan (The TPST Plan).

The TPST Plan will benefit all our residents and citizenry especially the following USA American Groups.

Natives. Nativists. Colonial British Isles Americans. Original Colonies Slavery Lineage Americans. European Pioneers Americans. 20th Century Immigrant Americans, etc.

The TPST Plan is to improve and continue to lead on the Human Development Index (HDI).

HDI comforts and advances should not just be for The AOC. County Elrich. Jurassic Raskin Takoma Park Cinco Ocho worse than a King Monarchy Klan.

And certainly not for just The Musk. Marco Rubio. Trump Mar-A-Lago Crown Klan only.

On that note, I’m proposing 8 weeks of mandatory annual vacation for all.

One of my opponents has proposed a four day work week. I like this also. A lot, mucho like on this.

Four days of work. One day to take care of personal issues and the weekend or two days during the week for family and fun.

So, either the four day work week, or 8 weeks of vacation or a combination.

How will we pay for this?

No new taxes. Again, we have to be creative. One method is for seniors to substitute for you. Not good for many retired to sit at home if they do not have robust activities and social life. This will be optional for them to earn extra cash and other benefits.

For example, this can be a requirement to get the $500K interest free mortgage.

These are not communism proposals, but, a 21st century HDI improvement proposal.

Let’s do this now!

Don’t wait till your weak, feeble retirement years to experience more of what our world offers.

I’m much older than most of you. I said I span the generations. 

I’m on average ten (10) years older than the Montgomery County, Maryland Government (MCMG) and City of Rockville, Maryland Government (CRMG) council.

This is like a mature, experienced (About J.D. Kumar) adult giving this advice… your last chance for a true all thrive, all equality community and to “Form a More Utopian Society” now in the next many years rather than next century, if that ever happens also?

Our politics are already and soon will be dominated by the next generation, many who are oblivious to the long history of humanity evolution advanced foundation for their advantages and successes and this includes many of the older very wacko generation (stuck in the 1880s…1980s…2025) due to limitations on subject issues knowledge, both work and wisdom experience, and also because they remain in their comfort zones, so you should trust me and listen to me.

We have completed a quarter century in our new century.

Let’s also talk about all the obstacles we have overcome with the help of so many beyond what just the media discriminatingly promotes. Let’s not do just the same hate rhetoric against each other.

Let’s acknowledge the good, the decency that many (not just the same media promoted groups) have sacrificed for our 21st century foundation and this really is all of us, here, there, everywhere, all around the world. I’m a U.N. kind of person…a U.S.A. American U.N. person. U.S.A. Americans are known to be generous, decency. This is how we emerged from WWII, leaders of the free and freedom world.

$5 Trillion TPST & $250 Billion TGRP Plan

This is a USA United $5 Trillion TPST Plan and $250 Billion TGRP Plan where we all work together for our betterments continuing to acknowledge that we must have special focus on the vulnerable and those older and current generations that have been left behind.

Let’s also conclude The Great Reconciliation Project (TGRP) for African American Black Folk (AFAB).

Reconciliation is better than Isolationism Reparations.

The $5 Trillion TPST Plan for new hospitals, housing, power grid, traffic reduction for the whole region with focus on Montgomery County, Maryland.

This plan will create 250,000 Jobs in this region, mid-atlantic, and other surrounding locales.

More than 33% of this total jobs (80,000) will be in Montgomery County and other surrounding counties. 25% in labor and the remaining in professional sectors.

In our new USA America many individuals and groups across all of our USA have been left behind. Not anymore.

Climate Change

This is a huge campaign issue for ultra liberal Democrats. I say this because other Democrats yet busy with Civil Rights issues, Economic Justice, etc.

Also these White Dudes for Kamala types who, many are Private Equity heisters. Wow, so cool these guys!

As for me, I’m a long history of humanity struggles to remind all of our advancements 21st century candidate, so obviously you have to value scientists globally, most if not all have emphasized this as a huge concern.

If we can put a man and a woman beyond lunar space and send rovers to other planets, then, not lunacy at all and you can’t ignore these same scientist community.

Certainly, I have not done this. I support all this which is not lunacy.

However, I’m a pragmatist and how much pragmatist can you be if these can be possible medium term and examples of short term issues like climate issues in the Arctic and North Sea zones.

There has been innovations in Hydro Power where we can increase domestic grid from just over 5% to 33%.

I have been working with North Sea consortiums to fund innovations.

This is another JDK $Trillion Dollars proposal to make funding available for these new Innovation Certified Builds and to create millions of Commensurate Full Employment Jobs everywhere.

These consortiums do not want anything to do with Maryland District 8 because Lawyers like Jurassic Raskin will charge them $500 per hour or more to talk to them after 15, 30 or 45 minutes, I don’t think up to an hour to talk to them, but Democracy Summer perhaps because of that before this they make their Democracy Sometimes appointments.

What about Solar and Wind? Again, what about this? We have to navigate China and other country Tariffs, etc.

I’m not just an International Business, Finance & Marketing Student, but, also a successful USA America Global Executive.

We are taught that Tariffs are not good for consumers. We are also taught that these are economic policy tools to be managed for optimal outcomes or abused whereby we have long term problems.

For me Brazil, Canada, China, Mexico, All of some Europe, European Union and some Africa Union especially British Commonwealth, and previously Europe Colonized Africa, less advanced Middle Eastern are all preferred favorable nations for international trade, global security, etc.

So, this means so cheap these Climate Change import products for use here. Low or mutual no tariffs negotiations.

Already, for example, our fellow, loyal, friendly, hard-working USA Americans from South Korea have reported that their Home Countries, they don’t send their best, but, only HOF or North Koreans and this is a problem also because a country cannot sustain by sending all their HOF peoples.

South Korea has opened new plants in a couple of Southern East and West USA states and earlier last year (2025) there was ICE activity, but, they realized quickly not North Koreans in those plants.

This is good for JDK-Pop and K-Pop also.

Statement on A.I.

I have a $5 Trillion TPST U.S.A. Global Nationwide Plan and a $250 Billion Job Creation, Investments and Economic Activity Plan for U.S. Congressional Maryland District 8 and the State of Maryland and surrounding region and jurisdictions.

We have to regulate A.I. for the Greater Good.

We should allow commerce, but, A.I. must be regulated. This is a different humanity trajectory that will cause havoc across everything.

This advent of A.I. is also a culmination of our mature, lucrative, wealth gap tech era from the past decades which has left many behind and cause a very large wealth gap and affordability problem issues.

One of my opponents is correct on some of the type of taxations that we need to implement, but, his proposals are too extreme.

His proposals are skewed for the benefit of what I call the LACAILUS ILLITERATE AND OTHER ILUS AND POORS MANY OF WHO DO NOT APPRECIATE OUR USA AMERICA AND PAST USA AND GLOBAL GENERATIONS THAT ARE PART OF THEIR SUCCESS.)

His proposals does not respect the Global and U.S.A. America Genius class. This will be abuse from multiple fronts. This group will keep advancing while creating an environment for hate and problems for other groups that they do not want to integrate. They are the majority now. This is a real issue that many of you do not have

One of the reasons for our wealth gap is not controlled LACAILUS migrants.
